How do I return/exchange an item?

Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Please Whatsapp us to initiate a return/exchange. The customer will have to Notify us for the return and we will arrange a Return Pickup through our delivery Partners within 7 days of the product purchased.

A small charge of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of Refund for Return Pickups.

We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Following products shall not be eligible for return:

· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

· Any item that have been Torn, Washed and worn with tag removed.

REFUND

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed and credited in your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse.
